Sofía
Sierra.
An architect educated at Universidad de La Salle, Sofía Sierra brings more than ten years of experience designing and developing projects across retail, hospitality, workplace, residential and—especially—gastronomy.
Her training includes BIM Architectural Design and BIM 360 Document Management at Naska Digital, as well as construction budgeting studies at Universidad Nacional de Colombia. She has contributed to many of Grupo Takami’s restaurants, Alpina Deli and Fantástica Colombia, and has led projects including Central Cevichería, Osaki Chía, Osaki 93, Chin Chin and Huawei Canteen.
Drawn to gastronomy and to the way spaces shape experience, she enjoys moving through, inhabiting and understanding each place through its details. For Sofía, design also means taking a seat at the table, enjoying a good buñuelo and discovering everything a space can tell.
